Not the same by any means, but you can toggle the name of the location on/off and also filter to a specific country or continent, urban or rural, etc ......
It's kind of just for looking though, there's no points or scoreboard

I already found a replacement. :] https://geotastic.net works basically the same as GeoGuessr and it's free and ad-based.
