Long time no talk
Aug. 18th, 2024 11:40 amI've been insanely busy lately, so that's why I haven't been able to post here in so long. Not dead yet!
So on Thursday my psychologist and I started my diagnosis screening for BPD. Some people say you shouldn't mention your disorders, but fuck, people are already not talking about personality disorders enough, so I think it's time we start being more open about that shit, because it's not like I'm immediately going to murder you because I have a Cluster B personality disorder. But anyway. It was hard to concentrate on the questions because some guy in another room kept going "WHAT THE FUCK?!" and yelling other curses and at one point there was even loud bonking. But I got through them and then I headed over to the bus stop and got on the bus to go to Thalia's birthday party. It was mostly fun, but in the evening I got panic attacks for hours and it was so annoying and exhausting. Oh well, at least I managed to have some fun first. Take that, agoraphobia, LOL.
On Saturday (yesterday) I went to this second-hand market and I managed to get some cool stuff. I got an officially licensed South Park cap from 1998 with Cartman's face and "KICK ASS!" next to it, a Blu-Ray of American History X (have been wanting to watch it for a while) and a VHS-tape of the Flemish dub of Ice Age, because that was just too funny of a concept to pass on. When I got home I was super tired, so I just played Agario for hours, LOL. Then in the evening we played Monopoly and we didn't manage to finish the game yet (even though we were playing for over two hours), but so far I have the lead of the four players, so yeah... Master capitalist, lol. B] And then I watched the Lions vs. Chiefs match. We were roasting marshmallows outside, so I missed the first hour of the game, but GOD, that was an exciting game. The Lions winning the game with a one-point lead in the last two seconds of the game is insane. Sad I didn't get to see Mahomes play (that one play was insane, I saw it on the replay!), but maybe I'll watch the first hour of the match later. I can't believe the Lions actually pulled off the win! That was so close.
Right now I'm not feeling great because I've had bad dreams, but I'm just going to play some Agario and listen to some music while waiting for the bathroom to be free and then today we'll try to finish the Monopoly game, so I guess that's fun.
Oh yeah, remember the job I applied for? (I think I mentioned that on my blog.) The company called me and they want to meet me, so I might have a full-time job soon. I'm really not looking forward to working a job, but at the same time it is a way to pass the time and I get paid, so that's good. And I do really like the company, so I guess it's not that bad. It's just scary because I've never had a job before and now I suddenly have to be a responsible adult. Bleh.
